Insuring Blind Drivers
I was wondering if a legally blind person who owns a car can get insurance? I heard that if you only have photo ID and NOT a driver's licence you cannot insure a car.

A very interesting question! As far as I know, you can get insurance to cover damage, fire and theft for a car without a driver's license. However, you cannot get insurance to actually drive the car without a driver's license.
