I'm trying to find a website that compares the reputation of auto insurers in their handling of claims as well as their rates. Can you help?

I'm not aware of a specific site that does this, although you could always check with your local Better Business Bureau or other consumer advocacy / rating agency. You can also check with your state Department of Insurance and see if they can provide you with information on insurers (other than their financial stability).
