His insurance claims they are not liable for my loss because it was not his fault that his car fire destroyed my vehicle. Each insurance company will have slightly different claims procedures and that is part of what creates confusion when you attempt to submit a claim. Having said that, it does sound as if a half-hour’s free legal advice would be helpful for you. I’d select a lawyer that does a lot of car insurance work.
