Insurance Agents Licensed in Florida
Can the state advise if an individual is or was licensed to sell insurance in Florida? If so, does the individual have a record of complaints, disciplinary action or suspensions?

On the website for the Florida Office Of Insurance Regulation (FLOIR), I found a tool that would let me find out if an agent was licensed, but you can't get complaint information on the website. I would check with FLOIR directly. Your best bet is to call the Office of the Commissioner, at 850-413-3140.
