As you know, the Military Benefit Association is a nonprofit group of military personnel and civilian employees of the United States Government. As such, MBA offers its members various benefits, one of which is insurance -- presumably at a better price.
Your best bet with any policy or account where you know the provider (in this case, MBA) and you have all the information, is to contact the provider directly. In virtually all cases, a third party will not be able to get account or policy information for you, unless they are your "proxy" (as your lawyer would be).
