I have a life policy with you; I need to know how to contact you by phone.  I have changed my checking account number.  I have a automatic draw account set up on the old account number that I need to change.

You can look up the company name on DNB.com. They have a tool that you can use for free; when it lists the locations for your company, it will even tell you whether you are looking at a branch office or a head office. For your issue, I'd find the head office. Once you have that address, you can look up a telephone number for the head office, and call to make arrangements to change your automatic payment plan.
