The only way to get such directories is to approach the insurance companies themselves and request such information. Since the contact people for various functions changes on an ongoing basis, no other outside organization will maintain such a directory.
If all you need is general contact information for companies as a whole, you could look to the state department of insurance. You are from Florida, so I can tell you that it's actually called the Florida Department of Financial Services. They have a tool on their website that allows you to look up insurance companies by name, company type, address or lines of business. You can even look up by Florida company code or NAIC company code. You can also sort your results in various ways.
