Here's the steps I would take if I were you: First, I would call the local vetrinary practices in your area, and find out what insurance companies they are insured with. Companies that provide vet insurance will be the most likely to offer this kind of unique "niche" insurance. Second, I would call the local massage therapists and find out who they are insured with. Insurers who already provide errors and omissions insurance for massage therapy for humans could be more open to doing it for horses!
