Kentucky Life Insurance. The policy I have
was purchased in 1964. I was hoping you might have some information
about a change in name or something I could go by to inquire about this
newly found policy.

I have not had any luck in finding this company. I suggest that you contact the Kentucky Department of Insurance. I tried to do that on your behalf, but the department has not answered me. You may have better luck as the person with the policy in hand.
