I am in search of Individual Dental lnsurance,
not discount insurance, Most websites offer the discount insurance but I am not
interested in that. I live within a 30 mile radius of Kansas so would
prefer to do business with a company in the Kansas City area.

I went to the website of the Kansas Department of Insurance, and got a list of individual dental insurance providers in Kansas. While some of the providers have head offices outside of Kansas, all of these insurers are licensed to operate in Kansas. You can find the list at: http://www.ksinsurance.org/consumers/dental.htm
