Another Lost Life Policy

Several years ago when I was in business and the economy let me down, I converted my 401k to life insurance.  But the years have caused me to lose or misplace the paper work so I don't know the name of the company the policy is with.  Is there any way for me to track it down?  It won't be a very large amount of money but any money would be a great help at this time.  The policy is with an insurance company based in the state of Washington.

Without the name of the insurance company, this will be a nearly impossible task. However, it's worth a try to contact the Washington Office of the Insurance Commissioner and see if they have any suggestions for you. You can find them at:
