Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with your insurer. Unfortunately, we are not that insurer, and I cannot cancel this policy for you. You have to contact the company who has the policy. This will be somewhere in your paperwork. If you can't find have the name of the company and the payment is being made by direct deposit from your bank, speak to them about finding the company information. If the payment is being made by credit card, call your credit card company and they should be able to get you some company information.
