advise on policies and premiums for a club of about 25-30 members? Shore angling is predominately the main event with the odd charter boat
hired for deep sea fishing.

Have I got a lead for you! I found a local Canadian angling association who actually offers insurance as a benefit for smaller member clubs! I believe you are in the US, so they may not be able to provide insurance directly but they might have some really good information for you.
I'd also suggest that you check out any US angling associations. There may be one in the States that provides insurance to smaller member clubs as well.
You may already know about this group, but I located the International Game Fish Association online. They could be an additional source of insurance information.
